Describe a time you shared negative feedback?
One of the many times I had to do peer reviews in college I came across an essay that was very obviously a compilation of copy and paste references. I decided to give the person constructive criticism, sent them the link to a paraphrasing tool and gave feedback on how to better the formatting of their essay.

What do you like about your favorite snack?
What I like most about my favorite snack is how flavorful it is. As soon as I open the bag of chips my mouth waters and I can feel my cheeks tense in anticipation.
