Can you give an example of a time when you suggested and successfully implemented user experience improvements?
In highschool, I was part of a project where I worked for companies like HP and lego. The companies gave us briefs for which we had to collect user input and concerns and then identify effective strategies to improve user experiance. For example, I helped come up with a better platform structure for HP's new website that allows people to do online courses.

How do you approach analyzing feedback to extract meaningful insights?
To analyse feedbak, I categorize the comments based on certain criterias like comments on usability, issues/concerns etc. And then identify the trends in the feedback. See which concerns are high in number and then come up with effective solutions to overcome these concerns
