Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
When I was a Junior in college, I started experiencing excruciating stomach pain. It always came on at the end of the day and, although I tried testing my own elimination experiments, I could not figure out what was causing it. I ended up seeing a naturopath over the summer and found out I had SIBO and candida overgrowth. This had started impacting my energy and skin aside from just my stomach pain. Once I was able to get to the root cause, I have not dropped my fascination with our gut microbiome being the center of everything in our bodies.
