An area of opportunity for DUNE across all social channels is to be able to showcase customer testimonials and research studies that support how the products are indeed revolutionary. Social media users are particularly results-oriented; hence, being able to portray the products' effectiveness is the most crucial aspect for business growth. Ideally, this can be executed by reaching out to beauty influencers and experts. But this can also be done through participating in social media campaigns that foster the concept of loving one's skin, boosting confidence, etc.

Please share one beauty brand that is killing their social strategy. Why? 

The beauty brand that has been killing it on social media is The Ordinary. This is a skincare brand that I often see on my For You page on TikTok. Based on my observations about their strategy, they were able to reach out to different influencers that promote their products. Furthermore, their promotional videos are captivating because they make their content humorous and relatable. Although I have not used any of their products yet, I can somehow see that their products are of high quality due to the good reputation they have now.

A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?

I would reply promptly to their concern and express my gratitude for their effort in providing their feedback. Afterwards, I will express my sincere apology and provide possible solutions to resolve the problem. In case the customer is still unsatisfied with the solutions I gave previously, I would encourage the customer to discuss in private to resolve the matter effectively.
