What does authenticity mean to you?

Authenticity is being you. It's about presenting your most genuine and true self without trying to conform to anyone's expectations or pressure. It is embracing uniqueness, strength, and weaknesses, rather than pretending to be someone you're not. It is simply being oneself in all honesty.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?

Here are some of my strategies we can do to create FOMO and Social Proof for She Biology: *Influencer Collaboration: It cannot be denied that we are living in a generation that can be easily influenced to consume a product due to the parasocial dynamics they have with their favorite influencer. When influencers endorse the product, it can create social proof and increase perceived value and desirability. *User-generated content: As we are riding in social media-focused marketing, it is best to encourage customers or have content creators share their experiences by using trends in TikTok. *The Power of Scarcity and Exclusivity: We can advertise the limited availability of the products due to its exclusivity. This can create the perception of how there is a high demand due to its high quality, which in turn makes people desire to buy it before it's too late *Start a Social Media Trend: We can create a trend that highlights the product's effectiveness. May it be through the 7-day challenge of using the product and highlighting the difference it gives *Create a lifestyle around it: With the rise of soft girls and femininity, we can highlight the product to be associated with this certain lifestyle. So women who thrive to be in that lifestyle will have the urge to buy the product

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?

Negative Review equates to room for improvement. If the customer has deemed the product lacking in some areas, instead of anger, we should respond with understanding. Simply apologize and create a platform (may it be through google forms) wherein customers can actually openly state which part they find unsatisfying. Then we can proceed in cleaning and sorting the data and analyzing and applying their insights to the brand.
