used digital logic and project management tools to design Fundlock, a system that automates job agreements and secures payments via a multi-account "waterfall" drafting system. To ensure the system was fair, I independently researched and integrated a failure-fee structure that protects the worker by charging the employer for failed payment attempts.
By utilizing these digital frameworks, I was able to create a blueprint for a secure, automated environment that ensures local laborers get paid for their hard work without the stress of manual tracking or non-payment excuses.
