I haven’t personally led a campaign, but a successful organic social media campaign I’d suggest is a "Share Your Story" UGC campaign. The idea would be to encourage users to share personal experiences or stories related to the product using a branded hashtag, like #MyStoryWith[Brand]. Users could be incentivized by the chance to be featured on the brand’s social pages or win a giveaway. By resharing content, commenting, and keeping the hashtag visible through Stories and posts, the brand would foster community, build trust through authentic content, and increase visibility as users share with their networks, driving organic engagement and follower growth.

Using a mix of long-form and short-form content across platforms, I’d ensure the visuals and narratives align with the brand’s ethos—emphasizing authenticity, personal reflection, and community engagement. Consistency in messaging and fostering direct interaction with followers would further deepen the connection, positioning the founder as a relatable thought leader in the wellness space.
