My favorite streaming platform is Netflix, because it's got a great selection of shows, movies, and documentaries. It's also a great home for original content like Stranger Things and Black Mirror.

What does wellness mean to me? Wellness is a state of being that I strive for every day. It's about making choices to prioritize my mind, body and spirit. It's about taking the time to eat healthy food and exercising regularly. It's about getting enough sleep and finding time to relax. It's about surrounding myself with people who lift me up instead of bringing me down. I also think it's important to take time for self-care—whether that means taking a bubble bath or going out for drinks with friends after work, I make sure to schedule it into my calendar at least once per week.
