Interview Questions
Barebells USA
Barebells Campus Brand Ambassador USA

How would you engage an audience to try Barebells products?
I would engage an audience by meeting students where they already are and creating genuine, experience driven moments around Barebells. Through on-campus and sorority events, I would encourage students to try Barebells products while educating them on the importance of protein in a college lifestyle and how it supports energy, focus, and recovery. College life gets hectic very quickly, especially during busy weeks filled with classes, studying, workouts, and social commitments, and from personal experience, fast, high quality protein options become essential. Barebells has been one of my go to solutions during those moments, and I would use that authenticity to connect with my peers. Barebells singlehandedly got me through recruitment last August! In addition to in-person engagement, I would create relatable, organic content by filming sorority taste-test videos and student reactions to Barebells products. These videos would feel natural and fun rather than overly promotional, allowing students to share honest opinions and helping the brand build trust and excitement on campus. By combining product sampling, education, and authentic social content, I would spread awareness of Barebells in a way that feels both approachable and impactful while motivating students to incorporate Barebells into their daily routines.

Why do you think you would be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador?
I would be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador because I am highly involved on campus, deeply passionate about sales and marketing, and a genuine lover of the Barebells brand. I am currently a junior at Florida State University and serve as the PR and Marketing Assistant for Tri Delta. I also work as a promoter and VIP server at Recess, one of the most popular, high-end clubs in Tallahassee, which has strengthened my ability to connect with people and promote brands in fast-paced, social environments. I am an active member of the FSU Sales Club and have completed a marketing and sales internship with Vale Food Co., a health-focused food company located in the heart of campus. Through these roles, I’ve gained experience promoting food brands to college students, with a strong focus on protein-forward and healthier choices. I’ve also participated in campus marketing partnerships with brands such as Fashion Nova and Khloud Protein Popcorn. Throughout college, my focus has been marketing with a strong concentration in sales, because great marketing only matters if it translates into results. Most importantly, I am an authentic Barebells fan. My pantry is always stocked with Key Lime Barebells, and I have been a loyal customer since high school. I would be beyond excited to represent a brand I truly believe in and already love.
Kosas
Greek Life Brand Ambassador

Share one creative idea for a sorority event featuring KOSAS!
One of the themes for spirit week this year is “I DDDO,” where we all dress in wedding theme outfits. We could feature KOSAS by setting up a bridal beauty bar where sisters can try out KOSAS products. To promote the brand we could use a “wedding ready” hashtag or brand pick up line to emphasize the quality of KOSAS products.
