email outreach to find the issue first, secondly identify which part of market segmentation the client wants to engage with and if in need approach younger age bracket market with social media marketing. If not and is marketing to the older communities that may not use social media at all (eg. grandparents) drive client engagement through emails, newsletters, perhaps ask for referrals if needed.
