I have worked in the service industry as a hostess and waitress for about five years, and have worked in retail for two. Through this experience I have learned the importance of serving the customers needs first and foremost.

How do you approach engaging with customers at events to promote a brand?
I think it is important to know who we are trying to target and then come up with an engagement strategy accordingly. But connecting with the customer is the best way to engage and promote at events. It is crucial to have a face associated with the product.

I am a frequent tik Tok and reels user and typically know trends ahead of my friends and family. Additionally I do not mind doing the market research required to see what trend would be best suited with different products or ideas.
