I would describe my digital identity as a first generation educated Latina offering impactful content by way of my personal and professional experiences in higher education and in the public policy.

I take cues from the experiences I had growing up working class. My mother would often frequent charity and thrift shops. As an adult, I do the same. I continue to shop secondhand and if I do shop for clothes I make sure they use sustainable and durable materials such as cotton, linen. I am mindful of my choices and choose to avoid polyester or acrylic made clothing. I also make it a point to avoid fast fashion retailers.
