Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
I had a client I needed to explain an issue to relating to an installation of a display and it wasn’t going well. I solved this problem quickly by offering a FaceTime call to show what was going on and get instant feedback.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
I put tasks in order of which came first. If a task congress in that can be completed faster than others without hindering the completion of others, I’ll complete those first or simultaneously.
