One creative way to engage with potential consumers of RFFTGU and YNT is to organize a "Snack Swap" event at the local JERSEY SHORE Shoprite. The event could involve setting up a vibrant snack station with samples of both Real Food From The Ground Up and YOU NEED THIS snacks. As snack lovers approach the station, they would be encouraged to bring their own favorite snacks and participate in the swap. The representative would engage in conversations with customers, sharing knowledge about the benefits of the RFFTGU and YNT snacks, while also showcasing the deliciousness and healthiness of the plant-based options. By creating a fun and interactive environment, snack lovers would not only have the chance to try new snacks but also discover the healthier alternatives provided by these brands. The positive attitude and excellent communication skills of the representative would play a key role in making this event a success and ensuring that customers are excited to purchase these snacks for their weekend at the shore.

As the intern responsible for supporting the Marketing and Operations teams at pager, I would prioritize clear communication and effective management of my responsibilities. To ensure a successful workflow, I would develop a weekly schedule with specific objectives for influencer sourcing, outreach, partnership negotiations, community management, and user communication. Regular and open communication with the pager team would be maintained, providing updates on progress, discussing challenges, and seeking guidance when needed. I would take the lead in sourcing and reaching out to TikTok and Instagram creators, negotiating partnerships that align with pager's goals. Additionally, I would support existing users by addressing their queries, feedback, and concerns, while also transforming power users into pager ambassadors through exclusive perks and collaboration opportunities. Analyzing weekly efforts and presenting the findings to the team would allow for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Lastly, being available in-person at the NYC office would facilitate seamless collaboration and foster strong teamwork. Overall, my organized, confident, and detail-oriented approach would help drive creator acquisition and community management at pager.
