what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?
I’d lead ColourPop sampling by making it feel fun, social, and low-pressure, both on and off campus. On campus, I’d host casual pop-up style sampling moments in high-traffic areas like student centers, dorm common spaces, or before events. I’d set it up as a quick “try before you go” moment—letting students swatch shades, test textures, or try a quick lip or eye look using mirrors and disposable applicators. To make it interactive, I’d encourage people to vote on their favorite shades or finishes and share quick reactions on Stories.I’d also tie sampling into student groups, like Greek life, beauty clubs, or pre-event hangouts (game days, formals, or themed nights). Bringing ColourPop into spaces where students are already getting ready makes it feel natural and exciting rather than promotional.Off campus, I’d extend sampling through social content by creating short TikToks and Reels showing real people trying the products for the first time—quick shade tests, “first impression” reactions, or mini makeovers with friends. I’d encourage those who try the products to tag ColourPop or repost their looks, helping the sampling live beyond the moment.
