I would use email to reach out, as most influencers provide their contact information in their bio or Linktree. In the email, I would ensure the subject line is clear and concise (e.g., 'Collaboration Opportunity with SOMOS Foods') and introduce myself, explain the purpose of our outreach, and express our interest in sending them a complimentary product. If the influencer prefers to refer us to their management, we can seamlessly continue the conversation with their representative. If no email is available, I would send a brief yet engaging direct message requesting their email to discuss further. Since some influencers may prefer paid collaborations over gifted products, I would maintain transparency regarding our expectations. To securely collect shipping details, I would provide a Google Form, ensuring data privacy and clearly communicating how their information will be used.
