I am passionate about home from college as it's platform is able to give students and graduate equal opportunity for experiences they may not even be aware of on the daily. Before this site, I had never seen job postings for any of the listings, and struggled to find leads into the social world. I think I would be of an asset to the team based on my previous experience. Not only have I worked as a district manager, in which I oversee 3 stores, and maintained the upmost customer satisfaction - I also run my own online cake business. I have learned quite a bit by being my own business owner to organization, scheduling, product marketing, product development and everything in between.

In a school project, I led a team through the entire product development and marketing process. We began by brainstorming and selecting a viable product, conducted market research, and refined the prototype based on feedback. We had selected on revamping the already popular, alfajores and making it our own. Our comprehensive marketing plan included audience analysis, promotional strategies, and pricing considerations. We executed the plan by creating promotional materials, utilizing social media, and assisting in organizing the school store for the sales of our product and the other students. The sales phase involved setting up a platform, either physical or online, and initiating campaigns. The project concluded with a thorough evaluation, identifying lessons learned and gaining insights for future endeavors.
