I would motivate the team by setting clear expectations, creating small milestones, and regularly recognizing progress so everyone feels accountable for their tasks, yet supported. I’d also remove any roadblocks and connect the sampling tasks to the bigger project goals so the team stays focused and completes everything efficiently.
