3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
I have tried the viral things and some work but some do not, and the ones that did work is what I would promote, like for example rosemary oil/water has become a trend that works I have seen more length and thickness in my hair.
2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
Personally I have thick curly hair(my hair was straightened in my picture but I promise I have curly hair) and have tried many products so I know what is good and bad for curly hair. Meaning I would use personal experience of the product and being relatable helps consumers find comfort of a product and purchasing it .
1️⃣ Share an example of a time you used your communication skills to effectively drive sales or enhance a brand's reputation on the sales floor?
At my current job people often set products to the side so I go up to them and asking why and then use what they say and turn it into a positive and then it often ends up with them purchasing the product.
