Can you provide an example of a time when you collaborated closely with a sales team to meet and exceed targets?
During my time at Club Pilates, our sales team was responsible for driving both individual and group membership sales. To meet and exceed those goals, we regularly collaborated on new ways to approach potential members—whether that meant tailoring our pitch to highlight specific benefits, finding more engaging ways to start conversations, or sharing what messaging was resonating best with customers. One example was when our team noticed that many potential customers were hesitant about long-term commitments. We brainstormed together and started emphasizing the flexibility and immediate value of the membership in our conversations. By aligning on this approach, we not only improved individual conversion rates but also surpassed our collective monthly sales target.

How do you approach developing and executing outreach strategies to drive client engagement?
I start by clearly identifying the target audience and understanding their needs, challenges, and motivations. From there, I tailor messaging to highlight how the solution directly supports their goals, ensuring it feels personal and relevant rather than generic.
I also believe in building genuine relationships. Outreach shouldn’t feel transactional, so I make sure to listen, provide value in each interaction, and establish trust.

How would you engage audiences for art?
To engage audiences for art, I focus on storytelling and creating emotional connections. Art isn’t just about visuals—it’s about the stories behind the pieces, the emotions they evoke, and the artist’s unique perspective. I’d share behind-the-scenes content showing the creative process, artist insights, and the inspiration behind each work. I’d also use interactive formats like polls, Q&As, and challenges that invite the audience to participate and share their own interpretations or experiences with the art.
Using Instagram Reels and TikTok, I’d create short, visually striking videos that highlight details, textures, or transformations in the artwork, paired with trending sounds to reach wider audiences. Ultimately, it’s about making the audience feel involved and inspired—not just spectators but part of the art’s journey.
