Currently, I lead a student run club. I am the chair and there were a number of processes needed to be taken during the piloting process for the club. Picking other people to lead with you is not an easy feat. They should all be able to illustrate commitment and discipline. Finding students that are willing to put the work in and are not just looking for something to get a title for is a big deal. Being able to accurately assess a person's work ethic is key. There's also a need to insert a transactional leadership which allows those you lead to share their ideas and opinions which can work to improve the structure in the long run.

The answer really depends on the activity of those on campus. For example, some colleges in school might not be convers with online platforms. It is best to assess what they interact with on a daily basis. Are they constantly on social media, focused on reading the school paper or do they get most of the campus announcements from the notice boards. These are all factors to consider
