While I don’t have direct sales experience, I’ve always been skilled at understanding people’s needs and helping them find solutions. In my previous role (or in a school project), I had to convince my team to adopt a new tool/process that they were hesitant about. I focused on explaining the benefits, addressing their concerns, and demonstrating how it would make their work easier. By the end, they agreed, and it led to better efficiency. I believe that the ability to listen, communicate effectively, and solve problems are key in sales, and I bring those skills to the table.
