What are 2 consumer apps you love and why do you think they’ve gone viral or built strong user habits?
The two consumer apps I love is YouTube and Amazon. I think YouTube became viral and built strong user habits because it is a user-friendly platform made for individuals to upload and share videos about themselves as expression. YouTube is used for entertainment, social interaction, education, and professional development made to influence people in a positive way. Amazon became viral and built strong user habits with the promise of fast and free shipping within two days or the same day. Also, Amazon has an simple use of features on the platform such as one-click ordering and easy returns which fosters purchases easily. Overall, YouTube and Amazon are popular consumer apps in today's society because of entertainment, affordable products, and easy use of navigation of with others in society as a way to promote positive influence for individuals.
