Interview Questions

Vidovo

Influencer Outreach Intern

Vidovo Profile Image

Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.

I know creators get a lot of random DMs, so I’d start personal and intentional — show I actually know their content and why they’re a fit. Then I’d keep everything super clear (deliverables, timeline, pay, usage rights) so there’s no back-and-forth confusion. I’d move fast, stay organized, and make them feel supported — because when creators feel respected, they’re way more excited to show up strong for the campaign.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?

I’d look at a brand’s vibe first, then find creators who naturally match it — tone, values, audience, and engagement. I care more about real connection and trust than just follower count.

SunnyStik

Creative Video Content Creator

SunnyStik Profile Image

Can you briefly describe a creative video idea you would try for SunnyStik?

Okay wait this is cute — I’d do a “what’s in my bag for a sunny day” type video. Just me getting ready to go out — sunglasses, lip gloss, AirPods… and then I pull out SunnyStik like “and obviously this.” I’d casually swipe it on like its lip balm (super easy, no mess)
