I stay current with social media trends by always scrolling with purpose — I pay attention to sounds, formats, and comments to see what’s actually connecting with people. I love testing trends early and adding my own twist to make them feel more “me.” For wellness, I’m big on journaling, the gym, and taking slow mornings when I can. I try to focus on balance. mentally and physically.so my content comes from a genuine, feel-good place
