Would you consider yourself efficient & creative with your time when creating brand assets?
My role in a team would be a deputy where I would have a senior or mentor figure to guide me. This role would entail collaborating with the department head in developing strategies for creating publicity materials. This includes identifying target audiences, setting goals, and determining the messaging and content approach. Besides helping create the promotional materials, the role would also include being active, staying consistent, striving for punctuality, and not being afraid of communication. In this role, I will have to put effort into contributing to creative thinking within the team to explore new ideas and approaches to keep the organization’s promotional efforts fresh and appealing to the community. As a deputy, I also need to stay open minded with trying different creative outlets and learn from others, especially my seniors, in order to grow as a graphic designer and improve my work.

What are your best skills when it comes to design work and how would you apply them?
In terms of hard skills, I would be able to contribute my skills in graphic design (layout) and I would be able to help in ideating for posts as I have had experience on branding design and social media design strategy. In terms of being a team player, I would be able to contribute an open mind and willingness to try new methods. In addition, I value punctuality and this is considered a contribution to the department as punctuality of submitting drafts, edits, etc., are vital to avoid delays in posting schedules or other important matters for the organization.
