How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?

Before holding anyone accountable I believe that collaboration should be the foundation. Having a team member communicate realistic expectations/timelines means an extra layer of accountability to not only the company but themselves. By building that trust and open channel of communication we can redirect our focus away from catching up and instead building a supportive work environment within. Although that is the ideal scenario there will be moments were reminders and weekly checkins become vital to not achieve the timeline established but also keep other members informed of the work that is being done.
