Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you managed in the past?
I was part of my church's PR & Media team in which I was in charge of reaching out to members of my community, posting content about religious holidays or upcoming events, and even posted day in the life videos. This resulted in a larger number of teenagers joining the Youth Ministry and continuing my team's efforts and work.

How do you stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes?
I am actively present on social media, so I am able to see as trends change and what is starting to become popular. In addition, I follow Marketing pages on LinkedIn that post weekly updates regarding what is trending on various apps and how to utilize those trends to our advantage.
