How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I would hold other member accountable by outlining what must be accomplished in a certain time frame while also demonstrating what good time management could do. In addition, I would set objectives that everyone would be responsible for achieving on their own. If a difficulty arose, I would sympathize with the individual but refrain from attempting to resolve the situation so that they might learn from their error.
