The most important thing a social media manager should be doing is fostering authentic engagement. Crush
Founding Campus Team
What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
In a group setting, my role tends to be dynamic. When I'm genuinely interested and passionate about what the group is working on, I naturally take on a leadership role, guiding and contributing actively. On the flip side, if I find myself less engaged or struggling to understand the group's activities, I may take on more of an introverted role, focusing on fulfilling my responsibilities without necessarily taking the lead. The key for me is adapting to the situation and ensuring I contribute effectively, whether in a leadership or introverted capacity.

For a Spring launch of Poparazzi on campus, I would focus resources on targeted social media campaigns, collaborating with student influencers, hosting engaging campus events, and utilizing strategic partnerships with local businesses to create buzz and awareness among the student community.
