What's one content area of opportunity you'd first implement after starting this position?
The TikTok videos and the fast replies on the comments are amazing! I'd try to comment on viral videos from female creators, not promoting the brand per se, but making funny, empowering comments that get enough likes people would be interested in checking the profile.

Although I haven't had the chance to manage social media as part of my job, I believe that knowing your public is the most important part, as well as taking advantage of the age difference on different platforms. A good example is Duolingo, their TikTok is directed at young people and it's up to date on all the trends.
