What social media platforms do you find most effective for influencer outreach?

TikTok is the most effective platform for influencer outreach because the algorithm pushes content far beyond someone’s follower count, which means a brand can reach way more people with the right creator. It’s also where trends start, so creators who fit a brand’s vibe can get real traction fast. I also like Instagram for outreach because creators check their DMs more consistently and it’s easier to see their aesthetic and audience fit. Using both together usually gives the best mix of reach and relationship building.

How do you identify influencers that fit a brand’s audience?

The biggest thing I look for is whether the influencer’s image actually aligns with the brand’s image. If their content, personality, and audience match the brand’s vibe, the partnership feels natural and reaches the right people. I also check whether their followers fit the brand’s target audience, because even great content won’t convert if it’s going to the wrong crowd. When both the creator’s style and their audience line up with the brand, that’s usually a strong sign they’re a good fit.
