Nowadays, Gen Z individuals are more interested in working remotely, since it gives them more time to have side activities. This generation is focusing more in their mental and physical health; They prioritize themselves before their job. I believe Gen z individuals want to have a sense of autonomy where they can control their environment, have life-work balance, and flexibility. This generation focus more on how to enjoy their job, and having more time to live and less time to stress.
