what campus organizations are you involved in?
I’m actively involved in several campus organizations that reflect both my professional interests and my commitment to community. I’m a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, where I’ve gained experience in leadership, event planning, and brand partnerships. I’m also involved with the American Cancer Society, supporting initiatives that raise awareness and funds for important causes on campus. Professionally, I’m a member of Apex Trading Club and Michigan Business Group, where I build my understanding of finance, markets, and consulting through hands-on projects and workshops. I’m also part of the Society of Women in Finance, which has been instrumental in helping me grow my technical skills while connecting with a supportive network of women in business.

What experience do you have representing a brand & hosting events?
As a part of Greek life, I’ve had hands-on experience representing brands and creating engaging content that feels authentic to our community. I’ve promoted products like It’s a 10 Haircare by filming videos and taking photos for their social media, and partnered with Bloom Energy to create a TikTok that received over 10,000 views. These experiences taught me how to translate a brand’s voice into content that resonates with a college audience. In addition, I’ve helped host and execute sorority events such as formals and sisterhood gatherings, where attention to detail, aesthetics, and brand image are essential. From coordinating themes to ensuring every touchpoint aligned with our chapter’s identity, I learned how to create experiences that feel intentional and memorable which are skills that directly translate to brand representation and event marketing.

How would you engage your campus community with the Tangle Teezer brand?
I’d pop up in high-traffic spots like the Diag, the Union, and outside big lecture halls with a bright, eye-catching setup where students can actually try the brushes, spin a prize wheel, and grab freebies. Think “between-classes glow up station” energy. To take it further, I’d partner with Greek life and student orgs and turn it into something social—handing out brushes before formals, game days, or recruitment in exchange for fun, real content like GRWM videos or dorm room hauls. It wouldn’t feel like an ad; it would feel like sharing a hack with friends. The goal is for students to associate Tangle Teezer with those everyday college moments like getting ready with roommates, rushing to class, or prepping for a night out so it becomes part of their routine, not just another product.
