How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
I personally think that Gen Z individuals don’t want to work or if they want to work, the work must be easy to deal with. Nowadays, everything is possible from the mobile phone. You just ask chatGPT what you want and it does it for you. That’s why Gen Z individuals get bored easily because they have everything “in the plate”. I’m also a Gen Z individual so I know from experience haha.
