What experience do you have managing Social Channels (Instagram & Linkedin)?

I’ve managed the Instagram and Facebook accounts for a liquor store, Mystic Wine Shoppe. In this role I created Reels to promote various products in fun and engaging ways. While working for NexusMedX, I helped with LinkedIn strategy, creating photo graphics on Canva, writing copy for captions, and scripting/starring in UGC videos.

How do you stay updated with the latest social media trends and changes?

I stay updated with the latest social media trends and changes by engaging with industry news and platforms. I follow reputable sources like Social Media Today as well as official updates from platforms - specifically Meta, as I primarily use Instagram. I also analyze trending content on social media, experiment with new formats and features, and observe how successful brands and creators adapt.

Can you share an example of a successful user-generated content campaign you have led in the past?

In my recent coffee series, I created a video for a new yoga studio and café in Lisbon that wanted to showcase their space and offerings. Before filming, I spoke with them to understand what aspects were most important to highlight, ensuring the video aligned with their vision. The final video captured the studio’s inviting atmosphere, wellness-focused concept, and café experience in an engaging way. It was well received, helping them introduce their brand to a wider audience and attract potential customers.
