What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
The social media manager manages the brand's online presence, do they not? Hence, they should ensure that content aligns with the brand guidelines and values, engage with customers across channels, define key performance indicators and track campaign success, and keep up with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

I naturally gravitate toward either of two roles: facilitator or contributor. If someone else steps up as the facilitator, I actively contribute my skills and support their leadership. However, when needed, I'm fully capable of taking charge and leading.
