While I do not have formal experience in a dedicated sales position, I have developed strong communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills through my academic background and professional experiences.During my internship at Strategic Platform, I worked closely with different teams on marketing projects, helping coordinate tasks, communicate effectively, and ensure projects progressed smoothly. I also have experience in customer-facing roles where I assisted clients, answered questions, and provided support, which taught me how to understand people's needs and build positive relationships.I am excited about the opportunity to work with Couture because I genuinely enjoy marketing, branding, and connecting with people. I am particularly interested in helping organizations create merchandise that represents their identity and strengthens their community. As a Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations student, I am eager to apply my communication and organizational skills while learning more about sales and business development. While I have not worked in a dedicated sales role, I have experience following up with people and maintaining communication to ensure projects and tasks were completed successfully.For example, during my internship, I often had to coordinate with different team members and follow up on ongoing projects to make sure deadlines were met and everyone had the information they needed. By staying organized, communicating clearly, and checking in regularly, I helped keep projects moving forward efficiently.This experience taught me the importance of persistence, relationship-building, and timely follow-up—skills that are also essential for closing sales and maintaining strong client relationships.

I would also highlight the quality of the products, attention to detail, and the opportunity to create unique designs tailored specifically to their group.Most importantly, I would build trust by listening carefully, answering questions transparently, and demonstrating how Couture can provide both excellent products and outstanding customer service compared to competitors.
