The “Seamoss girlies” are podcasters who talk about the wellness world including hormones, holistic health, medicine, food, vitamins, etc. They have a great social media presence because they post memes about the discussed topics. They combine relatability through a niche audience and they grow the importance of health and wellness with interest concepts, interactions and approaches.
