Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
I'm 15 years old and I have a bald spot. It's small, but it's noticeable. I'm so insecure about it. I wear my hair down all the time to cover it up. I don't want anyone to see it. One day, I decided that I was tired of being insecure. I was tired of hiding my bald spot. I decided to wear my hair in a ponytail. It was scary at first, but I'm so glad I did it. I feel so much more confident now. I don't care if people see my bald spot anymore. I'm proud of who I am.
