What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
Managing how the account responds to questions/concerns from the public and even hateful comments. To make sure that the targeted audience is being met and everything is clear (not so difficult to navigate)

What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
Depending on what the group setting is. At school, I don't take the lead, but I usually help the leader, and I still add in my ideas and discuss ways to organize ourselves. In a regular friend group, I'm an introvert; I'll chime in here and there.
I've always been more of a listener.
