I believe that the content we absorb directly affects how we feel, think, and act. I create positive content to inspire others and to encourage.

Do you feel stronger creating static posts (single photos or photo carousels), video content, or both? Why?
I LOVE a photo carousel. I believe they get more traction on Instagram feeds compared to a reel within the feed. I think quality is higher with phots as well. I am not opposed to video content, as I do enjoy making it as well.
