Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
I haven't done many to be honest though one time while using a learning app, I noticed that the progress bar didn’t update after I finished a quiz. I tested it a few times and even tried logging out and back in — same issue. I wrote down what I did step-by-step and sent a message to their support team explaining the bug. A few days later, they fixed it. That experience made me realize how much I enjoy noticing and solving small problems in digital tools.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
As a detail-oriented person, I start by carefully exploring the product to notice anything that feels off or doesn’t work as expected. I test different features step by step and try to think like a user. When I find a bug, I write down what happened, how to repeat it, and what I expected instead. I try to be clear and organized so the team can easily understand and fix the issue
Hugo Roussel
TikTok Account Manager

Can you describe a successful TikTok account management strategy you've implemented in the past?
When managing TikTok accounts, I focus on creating a content calendar with different video types - educational stuff, trend-based content, and behind-the-scenes clips. I always analyze which videos perform best and double down on those formats.
I'm big on community building too - responding to comments quickly and using audience feedback to create new content they actually want. Plus, I collaborate with smaller creators in the same niche instead of just chasing big influencers.
The key is consistency with posting times, but being super flexible with what's trending. And I always make sure we're tracking the right metrics - not just views, but actual engagement and conversion rates that matter to the business.
