So, a couple of years ago, I used to have a pretty detailed skincare routine. I’d use face wash, toner, serum, moisturizer, and then face oil and sunscreen. But over time, I noticed I started breaking out, so I realized my routine wasn’t really working for my skin. About a couple of months ago, I simplified my skincare routine and stuck to face wash, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen during the day, and face wash, toner, serum, and moisturizer at night and also i did use aha bha twice per week. However, after consulting with a dermatologist, they recommended that I streamline it even more since I’ve been dealing with active acne. Now, my routine is much simpler morning is just face wash, moisturizer, day cream and sunscreen. At night, I use face wash, moisturizer, and a night cream prescribed by my dermatologist. It’s been working much better for me, and I’m focusing on healing my skin right now.
