How would you describe a successful training Process?

A successful training process would be when the selected new hires are able to integrate themselves in the organization without any confusion about their described role. This includes, educating them on their specified roles, organizational goals, culture, work ethics and compliances. In essence, clear instructions is to be provided to the new hires in order to inculcate a work environment that is productive, sustainable and progressive.

Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?

I have done a lot of surveys in my university for several assessments. Getting feedback from end users is crucial to gauge out the efficacy and efficiency of the proposed service/product. It has provided me with insights that are invaluable. One instance is of my group project where we built a survey asking participants on our proposed mental health website specifically designed for our university. Survey and feedback questions were asked to analyze the feature our users would like, what knowledge they have on mental health, their recommendations and their thoughts on our proposed ideas.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?

First, I would ask them describe their opinion and thoughts about HFC in one word. I would then group similar adjectives, ask the participants questions accordingly based on their answers and request them to elaborate further to understand the root cause of satisfaction or dissatisfaction, critically analyze the feedback and relay the information to help build a better experience or an enhanced experience.
