If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I’d contact the source and ask them what according to them were drawbacks in the product and if they seem genuine I’d inform the company and rest is upto them. And if they aren’t genuine I’d kindly ask them to take it down or leave a comment at the same message asking the drawbacks and no answer is an answer the customer is smart enough to know that
