Explain why you think you are right for recruiting and leading a group of 30+ students at your college
I am able to lead a group of students because I have experience in leading a team of my own at my school. I lead about a group of 15 students and help them through a project that we are assigned at work. I am able to recruit people because I look beyond just what is on their resume. I look at the person themselves and see whether or not they will gain something from this opportunity.
