It has to be experience but for not just one specific field. Id rather a well rounded person who knows about a lot of things and has had to make very different kinds of decisions so they have learned to solve a lot of different problems in many situations.

Im a marine science major which currently weighs in heavy into marine conservation i fully understand the threats towards the natural world and feel passionately about protecting it. I often work in conservation proyects around my island im fluently bilingual and could help reach into our islands trend market!!
