I tried the KEY drink in the Pineapple Passion Fruit flavor today, and it was a great experience! The flavor was subtle but delicious—not overly sweet, just the right balance. I had it before my workout and felt energized without any jitters or upset stomach, which I really appreciated. It gave me a nice boost and kept me feeling good throughout my session. Definitely a drink I’d grab again for both the taste and the clean energy.

Describe a time you successfully persuaded someone to try a new product or idea.

When I was running my sneaker reselling business, I had a customer who really wanted a limited-release pair but was hesitant because the resale price was much higher than retail. He kept saying, “I don’t know if it’s worth it.”

Instead of trying to push the sale, I slowed the conversation down. I showed him past releases that followed similar hype cycles, explained how supply and demand worked in the sneaker market, and walked him through why this pair was priced the way it was. I also asked him questions — whether he planned to wear them or hold them — so I could speak to what mattered to him.

Once he understood the bigger picture, his mindset shifted. He bought the sneakers, and later told me he appreciated that I didn’t pressure him. He actually came back to buy from me again.

That experience taught me that persuasion isn’t about talking someone into something — it’s about building trust and helping them feel confident in their decision.
