How / where do you seek inspiration? Please share your social handles
I find inspiration by staying curious and staying connected—to both people and platforms. I pull a lot from social media, but I’m intentional about who I follow. On TikTok and Instagram, I gravitate toward creators who are building something real—whether that’s in wellness, fashion, or personal development. I’m constantly saving soundbites, visuals, even comment sections that spark new ideas. I also love getting outside of the algorithm—going to local pop-ups, listening to podcasts outside my niche, or diving into design books and brand case studies. Inspiration hits hardest when I’m not actively chasing it.

If you could build your own brand, what would it be and how would you make it culturally relevant?
If I were to build my own brand, it would be rooted in wellness and fitness—and honestly, that’s something I’m already starting to do. I’ve been building a presence around movement, mindset, and sustainable habits, and I see a real opportunity to create a brand that goes beyond just aesthetics or performance. It would focus on how fitness fits into real life—supporting mental health, building confidence, and creating community without the all-or-nothing mentality that a lot of wellness spaces push. To keep it culturally relevant, I’d keep everything super transparent and community-driven. I’d prioritize storytelling from diverse voices, bring on creators who aren’t just fitness influencers but artists, students, people balancing multiple jobs—real people who move in real life. I’d also lean into formats that feel native to each platform: quick, raw thoughts on TikTok; longer-form value-driven content on Instagram or YouTube; and maybe even a podcast that mixes wellness with culture. The brand would feel intentional, inclusive, and a little bit rebellious in the best way—focused more on feeling good than fitting into a mold.

Who are your social media crushes right now? Brands, influencers, creators.
Lately, I’ve found myself gravitating toward brands and creators who feel real but still deliver high-energy, scroll-stopping content. I think that’s why I connect so much with what Proper Wild is doing—it’s clean, direct, and energizing without the fluff. On the brand side, I’ve been paying close attention to what Notion and Golde are doing. Notion nails minimalism while still being playful, and Golde has this bright, feel-good aesthetic that makes wellness feel accessible. Creator-wise, I’ve been following people like Kate Glavan—her mix of wellness, humor, and hot takes makes you feel like you’re in on something. I also love how brands like Bala and Oatly show up online—they have such a distinct tone without trying too hard. That mix of clarity, confidence, and creativity is something I’d love to help bring to Proper Wild’s platforms.
